If an error has been made fulfilling your order, contact us
immediately. We may request for you to submit a photo of the shipping label as well as the item(s) which was received so that we may verify the error. We will then send you a return shipping label. If we have the replacement in stock, we’ll ship it to you once the returned item(s) is received. If the replacement is no longer available, we will provide you with a full refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns
