PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
All orders are shipped directly from our European based warehouse to any address of your choosing.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the net business day.
We will email you the tracking information for every order shipped, on the day that it is shipped.
We have two shipping options.
Our standard shipping guide is 7-14 days in transit. A shipping fee off $10 is applied to all standard shipping orders. USPS will deliver orders in the US and Canada Post for our Canadian based customers.
All orders of $100 and higher will be shipped expedited and free.
Our transit time in almost all shipments will be 2-3 days, however please allow an extra day of buffer to be conservative.
Orders over $100 will automatically be shipped express for free.
Delivery dates are provided by the courier, which can be subject to change. In case of any delays or questions on your order, please contact the courier directly.
Please allow extra time if ordering during the busy holiday season to account for larger demands on carriers.
Please note due that we are not responsible for issues caused by the carrier. To assure your order will be delivered on time we work with several carriers.
We are not responsible for shipping delays. In case of a lost or damaged product, you may file a claim with the carrier. We guarantee your order will be shipped; we cannot guarantee delivery of your order.
All products are shipped in perfect condition and thus also sealed. All orders are always sent in an additional box to keep your products safe and in perfect condition. Boxes offer the most protection when shipping any product. In case the box might get damaged by the carrier your products itself will still be safe and in perfect condition.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
Please contact our customer service team to provide you with updates and information on the transit-process and your order. We are not liable for the parcel after it leaves our warehouse and is hand over to the carrier.

Within 36 hours of expected delivery
Verify the shipping address
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package
See if someone else accepted the delivery
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
Wait 36 hours - in rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival
We cannot be held liable for packages lost by the carrier nor can we be held liable for transit-times.
Canadian customers please be advised
A customs duty may be charged to you. This is a fee that may be applied by the Canadian government for orders over $25 CAD. This is the application of a local law and this duty is the responsibility of the recipient.
