To make shipping fast we send directly from our Europe-based warehouse, VIA EXPEDITED SHIPPING to any address of your choosing.
Handling times may differ due to size. In case of high-volume orders processing may take up to 24 hours to fulfill.

Please note that delivery dates are provided by the courier, which can be subject to change. In case of any delays or questions on your order, please contact the courier directly as we only can be held liable to send it with your chosen service provider. Also, please allow extra time if ordering during the busy holiday season to account for larger demands on carriers.

Regardless of the carrier we are using we send tracking information for all orders. We are not responsible for shipping delays since we do not control the shipping process after handing over your order. In case of a lost or damaged product, you may file a claim with the carrier. We guarantee your order will be shipped; we cannot guarantee delivery of your order.
Please note we send all our products in perfect condition and thus also sealed. All orders are always sent in an additional box to keep your products safe and in perfect condition. Boxes offer the most protection when shipping any product. In case the box might get damaged by the carrier your products itself will still be safe and in perfect condition.
We offer free expedited shipping on all orders, transit-times might vary, depending on your exact location.
Expedited Shipping will be sent by FedEX, UPS or DHL .

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
We will, obviously, assist you via our customer service to provide you with updates and information on the transit-process and your order but cannot be held liable for the parcel after it leaves our warehouse and is hand over to our carrier.

In case your order does not arrive and was lost or stolen, please note we sent all our orders using UPS FedEx and / or DHL ,and cannot be held liable for packages lost by the carrier nor can be held liable for transit-times.
